Dark Alex Releases PSP Firmware v3.03 OE-B – Sony’s PSP MP4 AVC Resolution Limit Patched! Dark_Alex has just released a new version of his awesome custom firmware for the PSP known as v3.03 OE-B. This new build adds FULL mp4 avc 480×272 support as Sony had by default limited resolution of AVC videos except for their own encrypted DRM ones.
